Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. 50% deposit is non-refundable. Deposits will be either forfeited or may be used within a limited period of time as approved by the resort depending on the cancellation charges schedule. (Subject to Room Availability)
2. Any cancellation received within 8-14 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge.
3. Any cancellation received between 1-7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
4. For no-shows, no refund will be given
Terms and Conditions
1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Pets are allowed with Php900.00 charge per pet per stay. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each room. Please check pet policy for more information.
3. Any damages incurred during the stay shall be subject to fee.
4. Before reaching the resort, please settle the PHP45.00 per person environmental fee, collected by the local government of Badian, applicable to both local and international tourists.
5. Near the resort, there is parking space (guarded) available with fees of PHP150.00 per night for cars and PHP50.00 per night for motorbikes. These charges, for a parking space not owned by the resort, will be collected before entering Lambug Beach.
6. Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. A fee of Php1,500.00 will be charged if you are found smoking. Please use the designated smoking area instead.
7. Request for early check-in/late check-out may be granted with the following fees and subject to resort occupancy
Php 1,500.00 - Early check-in: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN (For Bamboo, Deluxe and Premium Beachfront Category)
Php 2,500.00 - Early check-in: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN (For Barkadahan Room)
Php 1,500.00 - Late check-out: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (For Bamboo, Deluxe and Premium Beachfront Category)
Php 2,500.00 - Late check-out: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (For Barkadahan Room)
Beyond 5:00 PM will be charged full day rate.
EXTRA PERSON and CHILD POLICY
Children 0-2 year(s): Stay for free if using existing bedding.
Maximum of 2 children (0-2) can stay free of charge when sharing with adults.
Children 3-10 year(s): Rate is Php950.00nett/child/night with breakfast
Guests 11 years old above are considered adults with an extra person rate: Php1,400.00 nett/night with breakfast and extra bed.
*Kids that are free of charge are not inclusive of breakfast and room amenities, like towels and toiletries.
